Your data is processed for: (i) handling your quote request and connecting you with Klimabonus-registered installers (pre-contractual measure at your request); (ii) communicating information about our services (legitimate interest); (iii) security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest); (iv) anonymous analytics (consent).
Recipients
Your contact details are shared only with the Klimabonus-registered installers you have agreed to contact. No data is resold to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Your data is kept for the time needed to process your request, then archived for a maximum of 3 years for commercial-relationship purposes, unless you object.
Transfers outside the EU
Some technical providers (hosting, analytics) may be located outside the European Union. Such transfers are framed by Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
